Shipping Policies 
Shipping prices to Hawaii, Alaska, and remote places such as Martha's Vineyard and Whidby Island are not included in the listed prices. Shipping to and from wildwoodcustomfurnishings.com  varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. All items will be shipped insured. 

Unless the customer specifies differently, Wildwood Custom Furnishings will ship most items with Threshold Plus Services provided by Manna Distributions. White Glove Delivery Service is available only for call-in orders.

In The Event Of Shipping Damage, very important. 
Wildwood Custom Furnishings takes utmost care in wrapping and protecting your piece to ensure against shipping damages, and have gone to great lengths in choosing a carrier who specializes in transporting fine furniture. In the unlikely event should shipping damages occur, Wildwood Custom Furnishings cannot claim responsibility for shipping damages incurred by the shipping company , henceforth it is VERY IMPORTANT that you unwrap and carefully inspect your new piece BEFORE the freight driver leaves. If the piece is damaged, you have one of two options.

 1. Write "Damaged during shipment" on the Bill of Lading form, refuse the piece and have the driver take it back. Wildwood Custom Furnishings will send you a new piece at no extra charge.

2. Decide if the damage is minimal and worthy enough to live with adding to the pieces rustic character. Should you choose this option it is important to recognize that Wildwood Custom Furnishings cannot wave return shipment costs and send you a different piece at no extra charge if you were to change your mind at a later date, so please choose carefully.

If the driver will not wait for you to inspect your piece, it is imperative that you write on the paper before you sign it that the "Driver refused to wait for inspection of shipment."

We recognize that in purchasing over the internet customers do not have the advantage of touching and seeing the pieces before purchasing, and therefore we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:

  • Shipping is non-refundable*
  • Return shipments are at the customers expense
  • A 20% Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear
  • Item must be repackaged with the same care it was shipped to you in

*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund
